No. You submit an online reservation request. Every request is checked in ShuttleOS. After review, you receive the final confirmation, an alternative proposal or a cancellation if the ride no longer fits the planning.

You choose the transport type, calculate the price where possible and then complete the reservation form. We then check the planning and send a confirmation.

Yes. For airport and festival transport, we use fixed prices. The most expensive service zone is used as the base price and a surcharge is added per extra stop.

No. For fixed-price airport and festival transport, there is no difference between day, night, weekend, public holiday or rush hour.

For other transport, we use a starting fee plus a price per kilometre. This is for rides that are not airport or festival transport.

Our core region is around Leuven. This keeps prices logical and competitive. If your municipality is not listed, we are happy to check whether the trip is practical and possible price-wise.

For children aged 0 to 3, the customer may place their own child seat in our vehicle. For airport transfers, we keep it until the customer returns from holiday.

Dogs can be transported in a crate or carrier bag. Always mention this in the reservation request.

A folding wheelchair can be taken in the vehicle. We do not have a lift for electric or heavy wheelchairs.

Yes, depending on available space. Always mention this in the request.

Yes. For rides to Brussels Airport, we have one electric vehicle for up to 4 people with luggage, subject to availability.

For airport and festival transport, we can carry up to 8 people, depending on luggage. For the electric vehicle to Zaventem, the maximum is 4 people with luggage.
