As legally required, our vehicles are technically inspected every 6 months. They are also serviced according to the planned mileage intervals.
Our drivers drive calmly and responsibly. Small things matter too: we prefer to stop for a moment rather than take unnecessary risks, even for crossing animals.
Punctuality matters to us. When the driver leaves, the customer can follow the ride via the tracking link we send.

For children aged 0 to 3, customers may bring their own child seat. For airport transfers, we store that seat until the customer returns from holiday.
Dogs can travel if they are transported in a crate or carrier bag. Always mention this in the request.
A folding wheelchair can be transported. We do not have a lift for electric or heavy wheelchairs.
Yes, depending on available luggage space: maximum 4 kitesurf backpacks, 2 to 4 bike boxes depending on size, and about 8 golf bags with limited other luggage.
No. The listed municipalities mainly show where we receive most requests. Other departure locations can be requested and we will check whether the ride is practical and fairly priced.
We work on a first come, first served basis. A request is only final after we have confirmed it. Once our schedule is full, we cannot accept additional rides. Especially from May through September, we recommend booking as early as possible.
This public website remains separate from the back office. Requests arrive through existing flows and can later serve as the basis for additional websites or a SaaS offering around ShuttleOS.
