For airport, train, cruise and festival transport, you first receive a price indication. Other transport and shuttle services are requested on demand.
First choose the type of transport. The matching airport, festival or other-transport flow opens below; shuttle service takes you directly to its request form.
Fixed prices to airports, Brussels-Midi and Cruise Terminal Rotterdam. Each destination uses its own timing rules.
Private transport to festivals such as Tomorrowland, Graspop, Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop and other events.
For trips that are not airport or festival transport, such as private transport, business transport or transport by appointment.
One or more vehicles with drivers for a fixed period and repeated route, for example parking to event venue.
Destinations are grouped by type and use the existing fixed ShuttleOS prices. You can then open the matching booking request.
Fixed prices per service zone, using the same route data as the existing festival transport form.
For other transport, we work with a starting fee and a price per kilometre. The final price is confirmed after reviewing the request.
The request enters ShuttleOS and is reviewed internally. This avoids double bookings and allows us to propose an alternative when a trip no longer fits.
